The company established in 1980's in Assam, the northeast state of India, it was founded by Late Shree Hansraj Ji Mittal the father of Mrs. Usha Agrawal. Mrs. Usha Agrawal and Mr. Manish Agrawal continued the business venture by starting the branch in Bangalore, Karnataka in 1995 and within a few years the company became a leading supplier of batteries and battery spare parts.The company’s long-time heritage as an industry leader in battery production has resulted in the diverse line of products that exists today.
